DAY 07 : LAUNCESTON CITY TOUR   ✈  MELBOURNE - DEPARTURE                         (B)
Launceston City Tour - Cataract Gorge is a river gorge in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, approximately 1.5 km from the city centre. It is one of the region's premier tourist attractions. We will take a relaxing chairlift where you can view the Cataract Gorge from above as you travel across a gorge estimated to be over 140 million years old. The slow speed enables passengers to appreciate fully and photograph the spectacular views, making you feel like you are a million miles away. This is also the longest single span of any chairlift in the world (308m).
