16 Days ALASKA+ROCKIES
DAY 01 : PENANG - TRANSIT - VANCOUVER
* Assemble at Penang International Airport for flight to Vancouver is a coastal city and major seaport.
* 全体团员齐集于槟城国际机场，搭乘豪华客机飞往加拿大西岸最大的城市～温哥华。
* Crossing International Dateline.
* 横渡国际子午线。
* Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in.
* 抵达后，送往酒店休息。
Day 02 : vancouver - valemount
* On the way to the Rockies via our famous Coquihalla Highway, the tour will stop at Kamloops for lunch.
* 今早，转车沿一号横贯公路向东出发，途径生产蜀米之农地和景色优美的菲沙河谷穿越花旗参产地之一的甘露市。
* Passing the Wells Gray Provincial Park is a large wilderness park located in east-central British Columbia.
* 参观著名之花旗参场，一睹花旗参之种植过
程，并由专人讲解花旗参之品种。
* Visit to the famous Spahats Creek Falls was a tall waterfall puring out of a nattow hanging gorge and into a wider gorge.
* 继续公路北行，途径占地一百三十英亩之威士基省立公园，前往参观高达一百八十五尺斯帕害瀑布。数十万年前火山溶岩不停流经清水盆地，形成有150米厚的火山岩层，后经冰川融水、清水河河水浸蚀，河床不断下切及后退，形成我们现时所见的Spahats峡谷及Spahats 瀑布。
* Arriving Valemount in the evening.
* 其后再沿Yellow head 公路抵达位于汤宛冰川 附近之维蒙市。
Day 03 : VALEMOUNT - JASPER - ATHABASCA FALLS - COLUMBIA ICEFIELD - CANMORE/BANFF
* Entering the province of Alberta through Mt.Robson Provincial Park, you will beautiful sights of the highest point in the Canadian Rockies.
* 从维蒙市经两省分界线进入积士柏国家公园，途径风景出凡胜，海拔一万三
千一百八十尺，是全加拿大最高之山脉～陆舜山。
* We will arrive at the famous Columbia Icefield - the largest sheet of glacial ice in the interior of North America, ride the Snow coach and actually walk on the Athabasca Glacier.
* 抵达被列旅游热点之积士柏市后，游览市中心区及小林。
* 继前往占地达一百二十五平方英里之哥伦比亚冰源，乘坐巨型雪车前往深达300公尺之亚迪巴斯加冰河面，使您亲身接触到冰河时期的遗迹，了解大自然的奥秘（因冰河天气关系，乘坐雪车只限四月十五日至十月十五日止）。

* Discover waterfalls, wild life and fossils in abundance during your walk along an exciting cliff-edge walkway that leads to a curved platform suspended 918 feet of the Glacier Skywalk. The thrill of walking on the glass-bottomed platform with nothing between you and the valley floor below will be difficult to forget.
* 沿着一个令人兴奋的悬崖边的走道，悬挂在冰川空中步道行走918公尺的高空观赏数千万年前至今的地型演变与感受谷底之间没什么玻璃底平台上的快感，将是难以忘怀。
Day 04 : canmore/banff - lake louise - vernon
* Banff National Park is Canada's oldest national park,m established in 1885 in the Rocky Mountains. Over three million visitors a year make the pilgrimage to the park for a variety of activities including hiking, biking, skiing and camping in some of the world's most breathtaking mountain scenery. Banff is part of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks UNESCO World Heritage Site.
* 从高登市经两省分界进入班芙国家公园，途中停留欣赏弓湖风光。班夫国家公园是加拿大第一个、也是世界第三个国家公园，被联合国教科文组织列为世界文化遗产地。
* With a fascinating gondola ride the top of the Sulphur Mountain, where you will accomplish an excellent view of scenery.
* 继前往著名之班芙市，游览班芙市内之弓河瀑布，乘坐缆车登上高达七千五百尺之硫磺山，远眺群山峻岭。到达山顶观景台后，便可见班芙盘卧在洛矶山脚，依偎在弓河之边，在山与水的层层包围、穿插下，成为一个融蓝天、苍山、绿地和碧水于一体的大自然美妙。
* In the afternoon, visit the world renowned Lake Louise, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the lake's natural settings. Lake Louise, with its blue-green water set against the stark backdrop of Victoria Glacier, is probably the most beloved and most photographed scene in the Canadian Rockies.
* The city tour will include stopping at the Bow Falls and shopping time in the Baff city center area.

* After visit, transfer to the City of Vernon for the night.

Day 05 : vernon - kelowna - vancouver
* Today we will head into Kelowna, BC famous place producing variety of fruits and with many local orchards too.
* Okanagan Lake, lake shaped strip with a size of 351 square km and where the monster watchers claimed sighting of Monster Ogopogo Lake Cruise.
* 是日前往基隆娜市，在卑诗省流域最广景色优美的汤普森河谷，此地依山面湖风景优美，漫步于奥根娜根湖畔 （俗称水怪湖），此湖高达两百余公里，水深难测，传说有湖怪出没，当地市政府特奖赏二百万加币奖赏能拍到水怪

* Vancouver, a bustling west coast seaport in British Columbia, is among Canada's densest, most ethnically diverse cities.

Day 06 : VANCOUVER - CITY TOUR - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
* Vancouver city tour : tour begins at Gas Town, the place where you'll find some of the prestige building of the 1870's and the rich history behind it.
* 温哥华市区观光，首先前往最古老的街区～煤气镇，因温哥华首任市长Jack
Deighton 的绰号Gassy 而得名。
* Continue to Chinatown where you can picture the glamoros history of the early pioneers who arrived from Mainland China to begin a new life here.
继续前往唐人街了解当地华人生活。
* Stanley Park is Vancouver's urban oasis and one of the top city parks in North
America. The park has a long history and was one of the first areas to be explored
in the city.

* Afternoon, transfer to the Emerald City of the Pacific Northwest, Seattle is known for its stunning waterfront.
我们将前往西雅图有《翡翠城市》美誉，是举世闻名最适合人们居住的城市之一。
Day 07 : seattle, washington
* Seattle city orientation : The Space Needle (outside view) is an observation tower
in Seattle, a landmark of the Pacific Northwest, and an icon of Seattle.
* 西雅图市区观光：太空针塔（外观）是美国西北太平洋地区的一座主要地标，西雅图市的必游景点。
* Visit to Museum of Flight. Enjoy the wonder of flight in one of Seattle's most spectacular settings. This 15-acre campus includes over 160 air and spacecraft, the original Boeing Aircraft factory, flight simulators, and dozens of fun interactive exhibits and family activities.

* Afternoon, You will board the NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE companies carefully build luxury cruise ship "NORWEGIAN ENCORE", on board after the luxury cruise ship, followed by exciting Alaska trip.

Day 08 : cruising at the sea
* Today, the cruise ship sailing slowly above the blue sea you open with a mystery, you can board arbitrary enjoy the sun and wind, both immersed in the sweet world, you can take on board for passengers preparation of the repertoire, you can enjoy the pleasant modern recreational facilities, theater, nightclubs, dance halls, bars, swimming pool, gym, casino, children's playground, beauty salon, library, duty-free shopping and so on.

Day 09 : juneau, alaska
* Juneau has been called "Alaska's peak experience," certainly due in part to its unparalleled glacier viewing from such places as places Tracy Arm Fjord, the Juneau Icefields and Glacier Bay National Park.

* Enjoy a narrated journey to the spectacular Mendenhall Glacier and its adjacent Visitors Center. Your time here is self-guided, so you can explore the area as you wish. Roam the grounds, snap photos, take in the interactive exhibits or turn to the on duty ranger who can satisfy your curiosity about the natural wonders of this glacier.

* Juneau is arguably the best whale watching spot in Alaska. The humpback whales of the Pacific migrate here after wintering in Hawai’i. The nutrient-rich waters around Juneau are their feeding grounds.

Day 10 : skagway, alaska
* Skagway was the gateway to the gold fields for the thousands who flocked to Alaska and the Yukon with the hope of striking it rich. Over 100 years ago, the White Pass route through the Coast Mountains and the shorter but steeper Chilkoot Trail were used by countless stampedes.

* Explore the historic & stunning Klondike route to the Yukon, in a vintage passenger coach on the White Pass Summit Excursion.

* Your White Pass Summit Excursion begins just a short walk from your cruise ship in Scenic Skagway. From here, you’ll travel 20 miles from the tidewaters of the Lynn Canal to the iconic White Pass. Along the hour and 15 minute journey north, you’ll receive constant narration regarding the rich history, geography, flora, and fauna of the area.

Day 11 : Glacier bay
* Sail to Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, a United Nations World Heritage
Site. Comprised of 3.3 million acres of natural wonders, it is home to magnificent
glaciers, snow-capped mountains and abundant birds and wildlife.
* Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve contains some of the world's most
impressive tidewater glaciers. The bay has experienced at least four major
glacial advances and four major retreats and serves as an outdoor research
laboratory. Mountains rise right from its tidewater up to three vertical miles.
The dramatic variety of plant communities ranges from barren terrain just
recovering from glacial retreat to lush temperate rain forest.
Day 12 : ketchikan, alaska
* Ketchikan is known as Alaska's "First City" because it's the first major community travelers come to as they journey north. Located on an island, Ketchikan began life as an Indian fishing camp.

* You will explore the famous Ketchikan waterfront, including Creek Street--the former historic Red Light district--and have some time for shopping there. Watch as salmon head up the fish ladder and struggle through the current to spawn.

* No trip to Ketchikan is complete without visiting the Saxman Totem Village. This is the only totem park in Alaska that has 29 authentic totems carved by Tlingit and Haida natives. The poles were moved here from the original sites in the 1930s and have been restored by native carvers. Your guide will give you great insight into the background of the tribes and the ritual of carving.

Day 13 : victoria, bc canada
* Victoria exudes old-world charm and fragrant and colorful flowers are
everywhere. Founded in 1843 by James Douglas of the Hudson's Bay Company,
the city was first known as Fort Victoria.
