Day 04: WATER BUNGALOW - TAWAU AIRPORT

After breakfast & lunch, Check-out and transfer to Tawau Airport.
(It is recommended to buy air tickets after 6pm)

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit 50% of package fare per person would be required upon booking for package or ground arrangement. Deposit is Non Refundable once package is confirmed. Full payment for package is required 1 month before departure.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made in cash, credit card (additional 2% merchant fee of total amount), online transfer or by cheque.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICE
No refund and no replacement, either in part or full, is applicable for unused ticket, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not utilizes.

SPECIAL REQUEST
Customer with special request such as meals, dietary requirement and room arrangement would be required to inform agent during booking, subject to availability and additional charges if any.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All customers are advice to purchase travel insurance prior to the commencement of the tour or travel arrangement. The company is not responsible to ensure safety of customer's baggage and belongings. Travel insurance enquires and purchase can be done at company.

- Min. 2 ADULTS per booking (GV2)
- Child above 12 years old same price as adult rate. Child 3-11 years old follow per itinerary - Child below 2 years old free as rate, Infant 24 months and below is
   chargeable at 10%.

   a. Semporna Hosanna village resort - RM190/room/night
   b. Seafest Hotel Lepa Wing - RM190/twin room/night, RM280/triple room/night
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If selected hotel unavailable, others similar accommodation will be provided with different price apply (if any).
- If snorkeling day trip change to DSD or FUN DIVE will chargeable RM200/person, included dive equipment.
- Tour packages are only applied for Malaysian.
- Peak Season Date & Surcharge Subject to change without prior notice.
- Any special event's surcharge/block out date TBA upon booking confirmation.
