CONSENT

I hereby give my consent to Ace Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd (“AVC”) to collect, use, disclose, process and store my personal information in accordance with AVC’s Privacy Policy, including disclosing my personal data to AVC’s third-party service providers and agents, and transferring the data outside of Malaysia. In circumstances where I may have provided personal data relating to others (e.g. family, spouse, emergency contact persons, etc), I represent and warrant that I have had their consent or are otherwise entitled to provide their information to AVC. I shall indemnity AVC in the event AVC suffers any loss or damage as a result of my failure to comply with the same.
