RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit 50% of package fare per person would be required upon booking for package or ground arrangement. Deposit is Non Refundable once package is confirmed. Full payment for package is required 1 month before departure.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made in cash, credit card (additional 2% merchant fee of total amount), online transfer or by cheque.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICE
No refund and no replacement, either in part or full, is applicable for unused ticket, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not utilizes.

SPECIAL REQUEST
Customer with special request such as meals, dietary requirement and room arrangement would be required to inform agent during booking, subject to availability and additional charges if any.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All customers are advice to purchase travel insurance prior to the commencement of the tour or travel arrangement. The company is not responsible to ensure safety of customer's baggage and belongings. Travel insurance enquires and purchase can be done at company.
